key photograph number 5

My initial idea was for Ross to have is arm out holing an invisible syringe as I will have to Photoshop that in further in the course. Also he has to have his neck looking towards his arm as well as that will fit well with my idea on him injecting a student with the MUTR:IX virus. The set up was in the media class room, but we used the black blinds as it would be easier to crop out in Photoshop.

The reason why I chose this photo was because the right amount of arm was showing and this was the best photo in which Ross looked concentrated and overall he looked like a scientist. This picture is suitable for my poster/DVD box as the actions which he's doing with his hands I would be able to easily Photoshop a injection needle . Also I am planning to flip the photo as the pupil will be on the other side of the poster.
The process of me editing this picture was that firstly, I did the auto tone/contrast/colour to give the picture more of a colourful look. As I went through the image adjustments the best one that I found was the curves, by altering the curves, this adjustment enhanced the colour of Ross's skin which made It look less dull and boring.
Overall I'm pleased with this photo as my initial plan was to enhance the skin colour to make it stand out more and to make the lab coat seem much brighter as it is in the original photo. The quality and the resolution was very good as well, as we used a high quality camera which gave me a top notch quality photo.
